[Objective] Using an improved artificial fake vagina to collect rabbit semen, establishing the Rabbit unilateral dyszoospermia model building, analysing the datas of rabbit semen changes and testicular pathological changes, laying the foundation for the male reproductive in later research[Methods]1).Produced artificial fake vagina according to the characteristics of the Rabbit Corpus,training rabbits adapt to the fake vagina in female rabbits induced sperm retrieval.2).Feeding120male Japanese white rabbits and five female rabbits until sexual maturity,using artificial fake vagina to collect semen,and semen analyzer in Spain SCA analysis software animal modules were detected and analyzed the semen.3).Establishing the Rabbit unilateral dyszoospermia model building, using the surgical respectively left and right sided groin area unilateral dyszoospermia model building by randomly assigned90male Japanese white rabbits(each team is45),30for the control group (group A).4).Take testicular to make pathological in surgery.5).Feeding the rabbits for three months after operation, then getting testis tissue for pathologic examination, using artificial fake vagina to collect semen,and semen analyzer in Spain SCA analysis software animal modules were detected and analyzed the semen, comparing the changes of rabbit semen and testicular tissues of the pathological between the Preoperative and postoperative.6).Reoperation of60male rabbits (left side are30,right side are30) of testicular descent and fixed to the scrotum, left side is the Group B, Group C is the right side, disdecline was the control group (Group D).7).Feeding the rabbits for three months after the reoperation, using artificial fake vagina to collect semen, and semen analyzer in Spain SCA analysis software animal modules were detected and analyzed the semen, comparing the semem changes between A,B and C.8).Take testicular to make pathological in surgery again.[Results]1).Improved artificial fake vagina to take a fine convenient and simple,each taking a precision of0.5-2.Oml.2).Establishing the Rabbit unilateral dyszoospermia model building for three months, no significant changes in rabbit semen volume (p>0.05).Sperm density, motility, viability rate than the control group were significantly lower (p<0.01).3).Both of the group A and B testicular descent fixed in the scrotum three months later, the semen volume have no significant change (p>0.05), sperm density,motility,viability rate than the control group are signi-ficantly lower (p<0.01), than the control group D group are no significant change (p>0.05).4).Both of the group A and B testicular descent fixed in the scrotum three momonths later, the semen volume have no significant change (p>0.05), sperm density,motility,viability rate are no significant change (p>0.05).5).Group D feeding after three months,Semen volume than the control group was no significant change (p>0.05),sperm density,motility,viability rate than the control group were significantly lower (p<0.01).6).Three months after testicular histopathological changes, after the three months later of operation Significant change in the testicular histopathological changes than those without surgery, than the change did not decrease, compared with the contralateral surgical side of change.[Conclusions]1).The artificial fake vaginal Improved collect sperm is convenience, sperm retrieval at any time based on the experimental needs, easy to semen collection, less pollution, easy to carry out semen analysis.2).Establishing the Rabbit unilateral dyszoospermia model building for three months, Rabbit semen quality has declined markedly,testicular histopathological changes.3).Establishing the Rabbit unilateral dyszoospermia model building for three months, then after three months of testicular descent in the fixed, semen quality recovered slightly, testicular histopathological changes has been restored.
