China's secondary vocational education is an important part of education。It helps to develop high-quality skilled personnel, to enhance industrial competitiveness and promote new industrialization strategy. Foreign language teachers in vocational education provided important cultural basic education. Because in the process of training qualified workers and skilled personnel, foreign language teaching has an important role in improving students' ideology and scientific and cultural quality, mastering professional skills, and forming comprehensive vocational ability. However, a single and rigid foreign language teaching which result in reducing interest in foreign language learning students, have caused the current difficulties in foreign language teaching staff. And this dilemma directly restricts the development of teaching foreign language vocational. Education.Therefore, the study on reform and innovation of foreign language teaching has theory and practical significance.for the healthy development of teaching.With the deepening of reform to promote quality education, foreign language education in China's vocational development and innovation ushered in the best time, the traditional single, rigid teaching model was tired of students and teachers and abandoned. They are increasingly inclined to accept the new and useful teaching. In this context, the situational approach as a new teaching model for its unique and full of joy of life and practicability of the perception by the majority of students and teachers of all ages, as well as the current reform of vocational education and teaching foreign languages and development priorities and trends.Although the Japanese language teaching in vocational education started late, but the Japanese as an important foreign language courses, foreign language education in China in the post an important part. And as information technology, the advent of the international society and the deepening of Sino-Japanese relations, China's demand for Japanese language and education has entered an unprecedented period of great prosperity.However, as a new thing, the Japanese education level there are still many problems, the most prominent problem is the scene of teaching and application. This paper based on education, psychology and linguistics, combined with Japanese language education theory and situational characteristics of the current situation by teaching Japanese in the research and application of functional analysis, to explore the teaching mode to achieve a reasonable and Innovation use way.
