Poor students in university campus is a special group, their mental health has been of great concern for the community. At present, our research on the poor college students are poor students of Personality, mental health status, financial aid system for poor students to establish and more perfect, and the employment of poor college students, etc., that poor study tend to concerns their negative aspects, while little attention to the potential advantage of poor college students themselves, thus targeting the poor students in the "problem" stereotypes, such a negative way to look with poor students are not necessarily psychological problems effect, or only play a role of temporary solution of the effectiveness. the conclusions derived of the "problem" as the cente models also tend to have some limitations.With the rise of positive psychology, it is the direction of research started from the "problem" to "advantage" in the positive psychology resilience under the influence of thought, it has been of great concern to scholars,it has become theh focus researc of psychology Resilience is a personal nature or character or ability who come through with pressures from family, school, social and themselves. it is easy in the face of setbacks, difficulties and dilemmas generated when the bad state of mind, such as low self-esteem, depression, sensitivity, anxiety, jealousy, self-enclosed, etc., affecting the mental health of poor students and hinder their positive development. This time to enhance resilience of poor students is particularly important.From the perspective of resilience to talk about the poor mental health, of great significance. Poor students develop resilience, not only for their smooth conduct their own study and life to help, but also promote the formation of their positive personality traits, so that they can actively respond to adversity, and in later life learning strengthen this capacity, its development of a very good life for their healthy growth and lay the foundation for lifelong happiness. Therefore, we must explore and stimulate the advantages and potential of poor college students, found that poor students to optimize and use the internal resources and external resources to enable poor students a variety of life in the face of adversity is more power!This paper consists of four parts. The first part is introduction, the study focuses on resilience and mental health of poor background, related research and research of this paper theoretical and practical significance. The second part is the resilience of an overview of mental health and poverty, the main source of resilience introduced, the definition, content and mode of operation, introduced the definition of poor students and poor mental health standards, and in both elaborated on the basis of the resilience of poor mental health of an active role, this part is the theoretical foundation and a basis for discussion. The third part describes the mental health aspects of the current existence of poverty some of the key issues, such as low self-esteem, anxiety, and from individuals, families, schools, social impact analysis of four aspects of mental health causes poverty. The fourth part is the poor students to enhance resilience strategy, which is the focus of this article, difficult content, but also the innovation of this paper, the main train internal protection from external factors and protective factors for the development of this point to propose strategies, including developments The main factors in the protection of the family, school and society to talk about three, hopes to enhance protective factors to enhance the resilience of poor students, and promote their mental health.
