PurposeTo learn the editors'psychological health real conditions of Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine Series Magazines and to analyze the reasons of various factors on psychological problems. Meanwhile to discuss each kind of factors to the psychological health influence, to provide scientific basis for improving the editors'psychological health condition.MethodologySelf-designed questionnaire (personal information survey), self-asses- sment lists of symptoms, groups of psychological and social stress questionnaire with medical editors are applied in this research. A total of 468 valid samples were collected, using stata, the sas statistics software to carry on the descriptive analysis, the T-test, the F-test, the correlation analysis as well as binary logistic regression analysis and so on.Results1. In the detection of medical editors'psychological health problems, there are 549 (times) (one of them at the same time there are several factors greater than or equal to 2 points) requiring further screening; the problem of sleep and diet takes the highest proportion in the medical editors, accounting for 14.96%; next is depression 14.74%; third is hypochondria accounting for 14.53% and paranoid disorder 14.10% etc; Relatively speaking, the somzatization (8.55%) and neurosis (7.91%) takes up the low proportion.2. Through the comparison of medical editors of the SCL-90 scores overall target of SCL-90 and the national norm , it is found that the overall psychological health condition of medical editors is poor. SCL-90 total score, total average and the number of positive items were higher than the national norm (P≤0.01). Somatization, depression, anxiety, paranoia and psychotic factor scores are higher than the national norm group (P≤0.01). however, in hostile factor scores on the survey group is higher than the national norm group (P≤0.01). In the compulsory, interpersonal sensitivity and horrible factors, there is no statistical significance between the two (P > 0.05).3. According to the different social demographic classification of medical editors, the different groups has different psychological l health scores.4. According to different social demographic characteristics to classify the medical editors, the editorial staff of different groups result in different psychological stress scores.5. In the study of life event on the influence of medical editors in the psychological health, occurs in the negative life events, sorting in the first three are overwork (0.74±0.45), personal health changes (0.66±0.48), individual remarkable achievements or festival (0.64±0.47 in China). Divide the event life into the high grouping and the low grouping and SCL-90 various factors as well as the total score carries on the comparison (mean value±standard deviation), the low grouping factors on the total score are lower than that of the high group (P≤0.01 or P≤0.05).6. The different emotional experience and coping styles and the medical editors found in the relationship between psychological health stress with SCL - 90 total score each factor points and is a significant positive correlation (P≤0.01); SCL - 90 total score and life events, negative emotion and negative coping positively correlated (P≤0.01), and positive emotion experience, to actively respond to a significant negative correlation (P≤0.01).7. the editorial staff of the two SCL-90 total score classification Logistic regression analysis showed: gender, marital exception, technical occupations, business occupations, titles, overwork, family discord or marriage, interpersonal sensitivity, their children's future, living environment Bad, death of loved ones, negative and positive emotional experience, emotional experience of the SCL-90 score had significant effect (P≤0.01 or≤0.05).Conclusion1. The overall level of psychological health condition of the Chinese preventive medicine series magazine periodical editors is poorer than the norm.2. Many social demographic characteristic factors have influence on the results of psychological stress.3. The first negative event influencing on the medical editors is overwork.4. The more experiencing on the negative life event, the lower of the psychological health state.5. Psychological health level and psychological stress situation are cause and effect relationship.6. Gender, senior professional titles, children's future, positive emotional experience all SCL-90 total score of the protective factors, abnormal marriage, technical occupations, business occupations, intermediate grade, overwork, family discord or marriage, interpersonal sensitivity, Poor living environment, family death and negative emotional experience is a risk factor.
