Objectives First of all,this paper in order to understand the real situation of medical workers'psychological health in Hefei city and to analyze the possible reasons.Secondly,it wants to explore the various factors on the impact of psychological health.At last,it also wants to provide the scientific basis for improving the psychological health of medical staff and puts forward reasonable proposals.Methods This reseach used Basic Personal Information Questionnaire, Psychosocial Stress Survey for Group(PSSG) and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) to survey psychological health of medical staff,we collected a total of 498 effective samples and used SPSS statistical software for analysis of descriptive data,t tests,correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis after related data processing.Results (1)In the study of detection rate of medical staff in psychological health problems,there were 603 people who needed further screening in term of at the same time one of them there were several factors greater than or equal to 2 scores;sleep and eating problems had the highest proportion of 16.06% from each factor perspective to see,followed by obsessive-compulsive symptoms(14.66 % ),interpersonal sensitivity(14.06%),hostility(14.06%) and paranoid ideation(14.06%)etc.(2)We through the SCL-90 overall indicators and the factor scores of medical staff compared with the national norm found(Mean±standard deviation) series findings,including SCL-90 total score, total share score and positive items were all higher than the national norm(P<0.01); SCL-90 sharing of positive symptoms and negative items were lower than the national norm(P<0.01);on the factor scores of somatization,anxiety,hostility,photic anxiety,paranoid ideation and psychoticism were higher than the national norm(P<0.01);on the factor scores of interpersonal sensitivity the national norm group were higher than investigated group(P<0.01).(3)We classified the medical staff according to different socio-demographic characteristics,found that different groups of medical staff got different mental health score results(the socio-demographic characteristics, including gender,age,hometown source,marriage,education,hospital-level,vocational trades,how many years on work,job title and bad habits).(4)The same, we classified the medical staff according to different socio-demographic characteristics,found that different groups of medical workers got different mental health score results(the socio-demographic characteristics,including gender,age, education,hospital-level,vocational trades,how many years on work, job title and bad habits)(5)In the study of the impact of life events on health workers in psychological health,we found that negative life events of overwork(0.70±0.460), seriously ill family members (0.68±0.467)and changes in personal health(0.66±0.475)were sorted in top three occurred in the medical staff.(6)In the study of the relationship between different emotional responses,coping strategies with medical workers'psychological health, psychological stress scores with the SCL-90 factor scores, the totle scores were significantly correlated(P<0.01); SCL-90 total scores and life events,negative emotional experience,the negative response had a significant positive correlation(P<0.01),while SCL-90 total scores with positive emotional experience,positive response were negatively correlated(P<0.01).(7)We used logistic regression method to analyze the total psychological stress and SCL-90 total score in medical staff showed that age,hometown source,hospital-level,job title,photic anxiety and psychoticism had a significant influence on the score of psychological stress;education,hospital-level,job title,seriously ill family members,personal health changes and the negative response had a significant influence on the SCL-90 total score.Conclusions (1)The overall level of medical staff'psychological health in Hefei are poorer than the national norm;(2)A variety of social demographic factors can affect the outcome of psychological health and psychological stress of medical staff;(3)The number-one negative life events impact on the health workers is overwork; (4) The quality of psychological health depends on how many negative life events experienced;(5)Psychological stress and mental health level are both cause and effect;(6)age,hospital-level,job title,photic anxiety and psychoticism are a risk factor for psychological stress scores,while hometown source in rural areas is the protective factor for psychological stress scores;education,hospital-level,job title,seriously ill family members,personal health changes and the negative response are all the risk factors of SCL-90 total score.
