With the further development of the society and the deepening of the reform, the education reform in our country has made constant attempts in various aspects. All the times the education to the students is attached important to by the family, school and the society. As the enhancement of the overall quality of the nation, the people have begun to think highly of the cultivation of all kinds of characters such as emotion, will except for the improvement of intelligence. Following the progressive of the society the structure of family has changed a lot. Families with one child have emerged largely. The parents pin outstanding hopes on their children by trying their best to offer good conditions of economy and learning. The growths of the students are affected by the diversity of the society. Facing complicated social phenomenon, they are lack of the abilities to deal with properly because of immature minds. So they will encounter with stresses from learning, life and communication. Given the supporters and helps untimely, it is possible to affect the students'psychology negatively, even mental diseases may be created. The excellent characters must be paid more attention as the education is emphasized. By this way, when facing the difficult positions, no matter where it is from life or learning, the students can settle it with confidence on their own. This is contributing to their success in the future. No man can be live in isolation. Contacting with other human, how to get help and support when needed is an important thing as the students grow. The growth of the students have much to do with the positive social supports which have gotten by the students is sufficient or not and the challenges to the frustration concerning life and learning. We can confirm that the degree of the social support to the students has a big relationship with the ability to deal with the difficulty. How much?Discussion of the social support to junior high school students and their resilience facing the difficulties is the key content of this paper. Focusing on the qualitative method,474 junior high school students from two schools of Shandong province have conducted the questionnaires. Based on the document literature method, inquiry, reasoning from logic law, psychology measures and statistical method were applied to describe the recent situation of the social support and the resilience of junior high school students of Shandong province as well their relationship, including the investigation of the relevance between age, gender, source of students, grade, etc. variable factors and the social support, and including the relevance of students' variables concerned and the protectiveness factors as well the relevance between the social support and the resilience. The main results of this paper are as following:Social support:1,The percentage of the students of high social support and the low one is roughly equal, stating the positive social support of a fair number of junior high school students insufficient.2,The supports which are won by schoolgirl are higher than those by schoolboy, the students from rural are higher than those from city, the first-year students are higher than other grades.Resilience1,Facing the frustration concerning life and learning the junior high school students show certain resilience widely while the majority still stay in a medium level. That is to say, the students with stronger resilience are quite few in number.2,There are no differences about the resilience between the schoolgirl and schoolboy from the junior high school, and so the resilience of various grades too. While the students live in cities are stronger than the rural students about the resilience.3,The external protectiveness of the resilience exerts a substantial influence on the junior high school students. Of all kinds of factors, the school protectiveness plays the biggest role, then the outside of the school and the family.4,The protectiveness of the resilience between the high social support and the low social support show great differences. The relevance between the social support and the resilience:The social support has a significant positive correlation with the resilience so the level of the social support can predict the level of the resilience.
