How can we improve intelligence development and solve the problem of having school-weary psychology? Improving such non-intelligence factors as social support and self-control provide us with a new direction.In order to further improve the academic performance and physical and psychological health of junior high school students,with method of random cluster sampling,this research conducts a survey among 471 subjects in junior high school in Suizhou Hubei province,Mudanjiang Heilongjiang province and Lvliang Shanxi province by questionnaire including Adolescent Social Support Scale,Midddle school students Self-control Scale,and Psychological scale for study Weariness.The purpose of the survey is to find out the difference of students' school-weary psychology when various demographic variables are taken into consideration,such as grades,gender,being a class cadre or not,being the only child in the family or not,home address,parents' literacy level,family income.The relationship among social support,self-control and school-weary psychology is also discussed more in depth afterward so as to make a way for alleviating junior high school students' school-weary psychology through improving social support system and enhancing students' ability of self-control.An analysis of the research results shows that:(1)Difference does exist in school-weary psychology of students who are of different grades,genders.Other variables such as students' home address,their parent's literacy level,and whether the students are one member of class cadre or only child in their families will unavoidably lead to difference as well.(2)The school-weary psychology of junior high school students is relatively serious,as can be supported by the fact that almost 21.2% students have school wear psychology at the medium level.(3)School-weary psychology of junior high school students is negatively connected with social support and students' self-control ability.(4)Social support can obviously predict school-weary negatively while only behavior and mind control among the three factors of self-control have good negative prediction function.(5)The research also shows that self-control of junior high school students have mediator effect between social support and school-weary psychology.(6)Improving social support system and self-control ability of junior high school students is conducive to alleviate school-weary psychology.
