Tibetan culture based on han culture, buddhist culture as the core, and absorb other national excellent culture and formed with a long history, rich content of Tibetan culture system. Among them, is known as the ancient Tibetan social encyclopedia of the epic gesar, including a world of human origin, form, many gods worshipped content, research "La, Lu, Nian" worship culture, can know about the ancient Tibetan people's world outlook, the outlook on life, the values, and the research of the ancient tibetans, but also another Windows primitive culture, it has quite high research value. This paper includes introduction, text four chapters and epilogue altogether six parts:The first part: introduction. This paper illustrated the previous many research results, the article elaborates the epic gesar "in anthropology, history, folk culture and other disciplines still has very high academic value.The second part: the first chapter. This chapter of the early history of Tibetan literature first "La", a summary of the origin, image, type, fete ceremony, etc. And through the above a summary probed ancient Tibetan "La" adores origin and evolution.The second part: the second chapter.
