Many artists regard"Ugliness"as one way to present since the beginning of Ming Dynasty. The sedulous presentation of people's evil,dinginess and dirtiness in novel"Jinpingmei", reviewer Liu Xi's frequent approval of the Heterogeneous style, which includes ugliness, weirdness, craziness, wildness and clumsiness in"Yigai"and he says"Ugliness as beauty rocks, the ugliest, is beautiful indeed."The focus and expression given to ugliness show the traditional magnificent view of literature is gradually cooling down, instead people are presented by a glamorous description of ugliness. FuShan was in an era when people considered beauty and ugliness as heterogeneous presentation so that he is inevitably strained by the social environment. From the point of view of the whole history of ancient Chinese literature, as an important concept, the history of Ugliness, from the peer review of beauty and ugliness in Pre-Qin period to the independence of ugliness from beauty and then getting an Independent right to development resulted from the Yangming trend of thoughts in Late Ming, the history of Ugliness has presented the development and changes on Ancient Chinese Literature and Aesthetics .Ming and Qing Dynasties are in a highly volatile period, in which FuSheng was born with a personality of upright, loyal, chivalrous, filial, strict with children and nice to people. He is erudite and informed and named"vast sea of learning"; He lives in a bohemian style, Disregards decorum, and be bold to be number one in the world. Also, he acts positively, practices what he preaches and preaches what is proved functional at that time. He accomplished in fields of literature, Calligraphy, Painting and Medicine.Living in a ever-changing social environment, he encounters rough events frequently, but constantly with a firm will. Either in work or life, he practices what he preaches; with a The concept of ugly in Fu Shan's literary and art theory Abstract disordered thinking and difficult control over the controversy he created. His knowledge is concerned with a wide area, which include classical historical masterpieces, Poetry and Painting, Inscriptions, Buddhist texts, Medicine and Martial Arts and all of them are with high attainments. Quan Zuwang praises him as"Nobody in northern China can rival his knowledge."Gu Yanwu praised his as"He is extremely detached, talented and dwarfs me". Liang Qichao also regards him as"one of the six masters in Early Qing Dynasty". FuShan get a high compliment both from the same generation and later generations, and also the thought of ugliness in Poetry and Painting he creates influence a block of descendants.Through putting in order the thoughts about FuShan'viewpoints of Literary, combined it with his suffer in life, I conclude the manifestation of ugliness in Literary, namely,"clumsy, weird, old"and refine the characteristics of ugliness, namely, natural, stubborn, Inaccessible and detached, elaborating the unique value and meaning of his thought of ugliness on Literature and the influences and the manifestation of his theory on later literature, books and painting. At last, I dig into the real purpose and practical value of FuShan'thought on ugliness, the contemporary meaning of the lost of Aesthetics.
