The purpose of language teaching is to teach learners how to end "handle language", correctly understand and use the language. Language learners acquire language communication ability, so that errors in cross-cultural communication will not happen. Cultural factor is one of the composition of language elements, just like language factor which is consist of voice, grammar and vocabulary. Cultural factor includes language structure, semantics and pragmatic cultural factor. Syntactic culture could be combined with grammar teaching, and semantic culture can also be combined with vocabulary teaching, two of whose Teaching has been more mature. Pragmatic cultural is the culture rules of using language. So what is Chinese pragmatic cultural? This paper attempts to make the Chinese pragmatic cultural to be systematic, principled and regular. On the basis of the above discussion, this paper gives some advises on language pedagogy, teacher requirements, textbook preparation and testing and evaluation.
