Catering Industry Name Before The Reform And Opening Up In Harbin

In the catering industry trade name belongs to one of the business languages, which is used to show the firm's business quality,business scope and so on. With the development of the catering industry, trade names have been always changing, which indicates the change of our politics,economy and life.The catering industry of Harbin has a very long history and a variety of business lines. As a result, a number of special trade names appear. By analyzing the language feature in Harbin,the era feature and people's psychological changes I wrote my paper based on the materials about different trade names from 1898 to 1979 in Harbin to let more people get to know the catering culture of Harbin and the change of the city. My paper is divided into five parts:Part1 is INTRODUCTION. In this part I will introduce my aim to do research on the catering trade names in Harbin and the current situation in the civil catering industry. Also I introduce the methods of researching I use and the meaning of my paper.Part2 is to analyze the language feature of Harbin catering industry trade names in terms of pronunciation,vocabulary,grammar,meanings and figure of speech.Part3 is to research into the connection between the change of the social history and the change of trade names.Part4 is to state the cultural mentality by analyzing the change of trade names. The final part is the summary of my paper.
