Chinese and Japanese use Chinese characters, of which there are a lot of the same form of words, some of the same meaning, and some different meanings, some of the same in different, in order to improve the efficiency of Chinese language teaching to Japan, which should be the same shape the meaning of the word, use get clear. This paper proposes the Chinese language teaching phase of the Chinese and Japanese homograph distribution, and then use secondary materials "BRIDGE——A Practical Intermediate " from the textbook words to find the Chinese of their shape words, and find out the Chinese and Japanese Homographs analysis. Chinese and Japanese also pointed out the following form of words with specific conditions, key words and their teaching methods, trying to help teachers teaching Chinese to Japan, full use of Japanese language learning Chinese when the positive transfer effect, and to avoid the negative transfer .
