With the rapid development of China, Chinese language has been one of the most important language of all over the world. Foreign students began to pay more attention to the practical application of Chinese. To adapt to foreign students'learning demand, many universities began to set some specified Chinese language courses, such as Business Affairs Chinese, Science and Technology Chinese, Tourism Chinese and so on. Specified Chinese have some characteristic features, such as objectivity, practicality, instrumental and communicative. Task-based language learning approach has these similar characteristic features. So it provided some possibilities to adopt task-based language learning approach into specified Chinese teaching.Since the 1990s, the second language teaching practice more and more began to adopt the task-based language learning approach, the basic ideas of which is that students could master the knowledge during finish the task. Task-based language learning approach has achieved tremendous success in the English teaching. Then how to apply it into teaching Chinese as a foreign language, especially the specific applications Chinese teaching, is still a great study subject.In my paper, I give some detailed analysis of task-based language learning approach and specified Chinese teaching. In the view of weather the specified Chinese teaching should apply task-based language learning approach, I further give a series of feasibility analysis. Take one branch of specified Chinese--- Tourism Chinese as an example, I detailed discussed the application of task-based language learning approach in specified Chinese. First of all, I give a profound analysis of the students' target needs analysis and learning needs analysis. Based on this, I give out two teaching scenes:the" classroom simulation scene" and" teaching and learning outside the campus", and further discuss the design and process of task-based language learning approach in Tourism Chinese teaching. These successful task designs finally support my point: the specified Chinese teaching should adopt the task-based language learning approach.
