After entering the WTO, the School-based curriculum development of Computer Numerical Control English in higher vocational college of China reflects the need of developing China's politics, economics, culture and vocational education. Its developing meets the need of students'development and the enhancing of teachers' ability. At the same time, it also helps the higher vocational school to develop its unique advantages and the students can obtain their employment. As the prospect development of Chinese economic, the advantaged CNC technology enters into China; it is time for us to seize the opportunity to deepen the curriculum reform. As we known, the original CNC technology English is not satisfying the development of higher vocational education, so it is both necessary and important for us to promote the school-based curriculum development of NC English in higher vocational college.This article is aimed at exploring the present-day situation as well as the existing problems and analyzing the theories of school-based curriculum development both at home and abroad in order to develop the school-based curriculum development of CNC English development in the future. Its purpose is to research some new thinking and propose new methods to the school-based curriculum development of CNC English development.The article consists of four parts. the present-day situation research of the school-based curriculum development of CNC English development is introduced in PartⅠand the research significance of the school-based curriculum development is pointed out in PartⅠ, too. There are a study of the present-day situation and problem of the school-based curriculum development of CNC English development in PartⅡ. The present-day situation includes the situation of objectives, the situation of contents, the situation of implementation, the situation of the main mode, the situation of the evaluation, etc,. The development problem gives some examples, such as single development, inconsistent training objectives, single evaluation methods, complex teaching materials, deficient teacher and pressed teaching idea, etc,. The development general target and specific target the school-based curriculum development of CNC English development and development programmer (the establishment of school-based curriculum development teams, the regularization of the school-based curriculum objectives, the organization of the school-based curriculum content, the implementation of the school-based curriculum and the evaluation the school-based curriculum, etc,.) of the school-based curriculum development of CNC English development are established in PartⅢ. There are some studies about the system of higher vocational school internal system and external system of the development subject, development methods (the task analysis method, the progressive method and the difficulty analysis method) and development content of the school-based curriculum development of CNC English development in PartⅣ, such as theory courses, expansion courses and speaking practice courses of higher vocational CNC English.The author hopes to make a little contribution to the school-based curriculum development of CNC English development.
