With the development of society more and more quickly, increasing social pressure to survive, college students feel the same pressure of survival, especially in the higher vocational students, compared with other higher education of medical students in vocational college graduates, the school system is short, education level is relatively low, resilience, good to help them build positive relationships to improve their occupation maturity, benefit their future occupation in the sustainable development.The relationship between for better understanding and knowledge of medical college students psychological resilience and occupation maturity and the status of the two, the Taiwan scholar Sun Zhongshan in the research project " Higher Vocational Students Occupation maturity and its influencing factors path analysis " in the occupation maturity scale (2003), Harbin Normal University (2009Ma Qiang revised Chinese version) and the Resilience Scale (Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale CD-RISC) questionnaire were issued to the students of Tianjin Medical College, collected data were analyzed by SPSS17.0statistical software.The results show that:(1) overall, higher vocational medical students occupation high maturity, development trend is the second grade is higher than that of the first grade, the third grade decreased; the boys occupation maturity was significantly higher than that of female occupation maturity; urban students than rural students showed lower occupation maturity in different majors; class student the occupation maturity is different, and the difference was significant.(2) the trend and the development trend of occupation maturity level of resilience of the same, is the second grade is higher than that of the first grade, and the third grade decline performance; resilience and no significant difference in gender between.(3) occupation maturity of each factor and resilience were significantly correlation; regression analysis found, resilience explained most of occupation cognition, personal adjustment, the four factors of occupation choice and condition assessment.
