Objective:This paper aims to explore the moral characteristics of secondary vocational students and the influence of self-esteem and subjective well-being on conscience.And to organize psychological counseling for the conscience of secondary vocational students and seek effective methods to improve the level of conscience of secondary vocational students.Methods:This study includes two sub studies,the first study explore the moral characteristics of secondary vocational students in three vocational schools of changsha and the influence of self-esteem and subjective well-being on conscience with<adolescents conscience scale>?<The happiness index scale>and<Self-esteem scale>,A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed and 515 valid questionnaires were obtained;The second study adopted group intervention program to carry out conscientious intervention in some secondary vocational students.Results:(1)The level of conscience of secondary vocational students is generally moderate,The scores of each dimension are from high to low,which are gratitude,compassion,shame,responsibility,filial piety,non-heart,tolerance and sincere confidence;(2)In addition to the dimension of honesty,female students scored significantly higher in all other dimensions than boys;There are no significant differences in the level of conscientious students in urban and rural areas;There is a significant difference between the secondary vocational students of the only child and the secondary vocational students who are not only children,especially in the three dimensions of compassion,filial piety and gratitude;(3)There is a significant correlation among conscience and self-esteem and subjective well-being,and self-esteem and subjective well-being have a significant positive predictive effect on conscience;(4)The conscience of the experimental group and the control group was measured and analyzed before and after intervention,and the level of conscience in the control group was not significantly different before and after intervention,The level of conscience in the experimental group was significantly different before and after the intervention,and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before the intervention.Conclusion:(1)In general,the level of conscience of secondary vocational students is better,and the level of the female's conscience is above the male level,and whether it is the only child is also one of the factors that affect the level of conscience of the secondary vocational students;(2)There is a significant positive correlation between the conscience and self-esteem,self-esteem and subjective well-being,conscientiousness and subjective well-being,and self-esteem and subjective well-being have a significant positive predictive effect on conscience;(3)Group intervention is an effective way to raise the level of conscience of secondary vocational students.
