Visual identity system is the corporate brand concept from the highly abstract visual symbol systems integration, through the collection, unified visual symbol system to convey the company, the brand's philosophy and image features. Universities organize the celebration of anniversary activities aimed at the results summarized in the past, look to the future path of development is the cornerstone of university phased development nexus, and its fundamental purpose is to organize the university's own educational philosophy and school characteristics to convey to the public, and thus enhance the individual colleges and universities' brand communication and cognition.Celebration of the visual system design as an integral part of the public activity design, it is based on image-based visual symbol design system, based on the current situation of the university anniversary, celebration activities, visual design of the integrated system must be identified, due to celebration activities are mainly relying on the communication of decision-makers and designers, decision-makers on the overall visual system, the lack of specification of theoretical guidance, the visual recognition system failed to grasp the VI into the overall use, therefore, a unified visual identity system integrated in the activities is imperative for university anniversary, celebration activities, the flexible use of application systems is particularly critical, which has caused the formation of a unified, clear theme of celebration activities, the decisive factor in the overall visual system, VI visual identity system must import the basic visual elements not mean dogma, rigid practical application, but on the college environment, the application of technical and the technical feasibility and other factors combine to create a unified, complete, personalized college anniversary celebrations.In this paper, inductive deductive research methods, put the brand visual recognition system as a starting point, comparative analysis of existing university celebrations and corporate brand on both the similarities and differences in the visual system, draw the visual performance of the university system in the celebration on the need for differentiation visual identity into the system, then the visual recognition system from the VI level of integrated design, combined with Donghua University 60 anniversary of application, the final presentation visual identity system in colleges and universities anniversary of the application analysis.The study area, and lots of original actual cases, combined with the original case has been applied parallel to the 60th anniversary of Donghua University case, in the interpretation of research into methods of induction, while a large number of examples of actual cases of celebration application, integrated set visual identity system in practice in the use of university celebration.Conclusion of the study, the brand personality of colleges and universities for the current rise of awareness, targeted presented visual recognition system used in colleges and universities VI anniversary visual identity system in practice, the application system for the whole university anniversary show the unity of visual recognition system, and then sum the visual recognition system VI to incorporate all aspects of import and the use of multi-dimensional environment, technology, experience and demand a combination of factors to considered, side to show unique characteristics of universities, colleges and universities anniversary unified visual identity system.Research significance, the author explains in this article the specific case of universities anniversary visual identity systems applications, and focus on analyzing the applications described in the various elements contained in the elements and the integration between the application in practice, to further reflect the VI visual recognition system is not a generic, dogmatic rigid rules, but according to the actual application, to analyze specific issues, through reasonable and consistent application portfolio to achieve a unified, integrated university visual identity system, which enhance the brand personality of the university characteristics and educational philosophy has a positive theoretical and practical significance.
