This cross-culture comparative research is concerned about Tibetan and Han senior high school student . The methods is questionnaire survey. 1. Rosenberg's (self-esteem scale, SES) and Buss and Perry's (Aggression Questionnaire,AQ, 1992), which measure the self-esteem and aggression between the Tibetan(n=128) and Han(n=259) students who study in a Minority High School in Chengdu area. Meanwhile,collecting and analyzing the data by interviewing method. According to the research, the result will be follow:1.There's negative correlation in self-esteem and aggressive behaviour between Tibetan and Han senior high school student , that's low self-esteem probably lead to aggressive behaviour, high self-esteem has less.2.There's change in self-esteem and aggressive behaviour with the upgrading and growing up between them.3. Tibetan students(male and female) has more aggressive behaviour than Han students. But, there's no difference in self-esteem between them.4. The aggressive behaviour is different from Tibetan and People who live in the city or who live in the rural.5. Singleton or many children in the family has similar expression about self-esteem and aggressive behaviour between Tibetan and Han.
