Compendium of Turkic Dialects originally known as Dīwānu Lu āt﹣it﹣Türk,which wascompiled by Mahmud al-Kash ari,a famous scholar and linguist from kash ari'This book asthe world's first complete and systematic Turkic language dictionary was completed in the yearbetween1072and1074A.D.in the Baghdad,the Abbasid capital.The dictionary contains many entries,rich in content and covers very field,it reflect in manyways the11th century Turkic language of thenation,history,geography,language,literature,politics,military,astronomy,calendar,medicaland other circumstances.Recorded when people recognize that drugs,names of diseases,commondiseases,medical devices and prescription materials.This wealth of material reflects the Uyghurmedicine has a certain level of development.The paper consists of five parts.The first part is preface which mainly discusses thesignificance of the studies of the Medical words in Compendium of the Turkic Dialects,state ofthe history and current situation of the research about the Medical words,the research procedure sand methods,symbols,abbreviation and transcription used in this article.There have been foundsome mis-spelled medical words in the edition of Diwān, thus corrected forms have beensuggested through analyzing and comparing.The second part is the classification of the medical terms.The third part is the structuralfeatures of the meaning of medical words and classifies them in to medical terminology roots,compound words and derived words three types. The fourth part is the evolution of the medicalwords. Glossary by word, voice change, meaning to expand, reduce and transfer.act and made apart of the still used in modern Uyghur.The fifth part is the translation of medical terms. Thevocabulary of a literal translation to explain the method (language, voice, word meaning) andother methods to illustrate the Karahan KingdomArts was the11thcentury translation activities.
