Since Gardner posed the theory of Multiple Intelligences,This theory rapidly became an important guiding ideology of the countries in the world in education reform. The educational concept of Multiple Intelligences rapidly penetrated into all aspects of education, the formation of new concepts of intellectual,teacher,teaching,curriculum and evaluation were being formed.In China has a large number of scholars dedicated into the study of Multiple Intelligences evaluation and formed valuable research results, thereby they promoted the application of the theory in the field of education. However, the study of0-3infants Multiple Intelligences is still in the blank, for this stage is a special nature,We braid the infants Multiple Intelligences questionnaire to survey,established the Norm of Multiple Intelligences in infants for ShanXi, and explored the basic situation of the infants for Multiple Intelligences development, so as to promote the development of Multiple Intelligences of infants,training and the practical application in early education for China provide a reference.This study used a stratified random sampling method, based on the geographical distribution of layered standards, sampling from the five cities of Taiyuan,Datong,Jinzhong,Jincheng and Yuecheng, specimen of the study are come from woman and baby health centers,early education centers,the child garden and so on in each region.This study established on Miss Zhao's infants intellectual development questionnaire which prepared on the " Ministry of Education promoting Multiple Intelligences for Child "group, and the " Shanxi Province early education research"group.We collected0-3years old infants' development of Multiple Intelligences.Finally used SPSS11.5to analyse the data, including item analysis, reliability testing, validity testing and Norm. After analysed of the data,we established the reference standard for the Shanxi infants multiple intelligence test, offered the reference for future research,and explored the characteristics of the infant development of Multiple Intelligences. This study reached the following conclusions:(1) The questionnaire of multiple intelligence assessment infants have good reliability and validity, and can be used for infants'multiple intelligence assessment.(2) The research primarily established age and sex norm of multiple intelligence development in infants.(3) Multiple intelligence development of infants enhances unceasingly as the growth of the age.(4) Whether infants are the only,their sex,living area and life experiences have no significant influence on development of multiple intelligences.(5) the development of Multiple Intelligences in baby parents'level of education,have significant differences. Parents have higher education, the infants'results in the language intelligence,logical intelligence,music intelligence,insight intelligence,communication intelligence, natural observation intelligence and intelligence score are better.(6) the development of Multiple Intelligences in baby's family education have significant differences. Democracy education is more conducive to the development of infants of Multiple Intelligences, the free indulgence of education is not conducive to the development of infants of Multiple Intelligences.(7) the development of Multiple Intelligences in infant received early education have significant differences.
