According to the Vienna World Assembly on Ageing definition of old age, they are above the age of 60 years old, while the United Nations will be defined as over 65 years the elderly population. No matter which standard, China has enter into an aging society in the primary of 21st century. Beijing in 1996, has entered the aging society. Rapidly increasing elderly population, causing a variety of social problems, became the focus of attention.And it is much faster in Beijing, which entered into aging society since 1996. the increasing speed of the number of senior citizens is so quick that it lead to different kinds of social problems and arouse many attention of the public.The first line people of providing service for the senior citizens are Community workers whose work is directly determined by specialty and morality.The paper is based on the conception and character of community worker serving for the old people, and decides their must equipped basic ability and skill, by analyzing their job responsibility.And the paper adopts the investigation methods of questionnaire and face to face interview, doing survey on the following questions, such as the preference of living their retiring life, personnel ratios of the workers supporting the old people, the condition of their skill and work attitude, and the blue print of government on future community social support to the old people. And the paper analyzes the result of the questionnaire form the basic of theory analysis.Following the paper, the modes of community old people supporting service are analyzed, combined with the present communities' situation of Beijing and future development trends. Finally the paper concludes that family support to the old people is the trend of community old people support service in Beijing.Under the mode of family support to the old people, there are many problems in human resource development of the workers, management mechanism, clarification of the job responsibility, training system, and system security.This not only limited the expansion of the worker for the old people, but also laid negative impact on the current staff stability, improvement of the skills, and management.Seeing the presence of workers in this field and combing the data of the questionnaire and analysis of the theory, the paper brings forward that firstly, the system of human resource development and the management ought to be enhanced, and the need for more workers should be satisfied. Secondly, job responsibility should be defined and clarified to make clear every worker's right and responsibility, and establish relationship between evaluation system and rewards and punishments. Thirdly, to increase training and continue education, thus improve the workers' ability. And finally, enhance the inspiring system and social guarantee system, eliminate the worry of the workers for their life, support and improve the development of the service for the old people.
