Administrative Problems Of The Information Society Our Government Study

At present China is transforming into an information-oriented society, the development of which brings us advanced Information technology, changes the structure of society, and influences people's style of thinking and life, and relationship between people and government, as well. All of these bring new challenges and requirement to our government.With the development of information society, the social circumstances are getting much more complex. Conventional administrative model are insufficient for complex social demands, and problems of conventional administrative models with reference to administrant structure, supervising and execution system when the phenomenon of functions overlapping, insufficient willingness of government to be supervised, inadequate communication with the public and pitfalls of information safety, occurs. The administrative models are no longer suitable for the operation of the society.As to the requirement of the social development and flaws of management itself, governments should transform the administrative models, cultivate the ideas of service, innovate administrative systems, improve the civil servants, and establish a serving and executing system by making full use of information technology, as well. What's more, governments have to improve the capabilities of government administration by enhancing communication with the public and satisfying the demands of both the society and the public.
