Regional Cooperation Between China And Central Asia

Regional cooperation is, mutually exclusive of globalization and regional integration today, the focus of international politics research scholars. Regional cooperation between China and Central Asia has the basis and potential energy and conditions.The purpose of the article is, base on the basis and the potential conditions of China and Central Asia Regional Cooperation,under the guidance of relevant international political theory, with empirical analysis and data analysis,to constructe the blueprint of the regional cooperation between China and Cenral Asia.This point of concern is strategic significance of regional cooperation between China and Central Asia to China, Central Asia, regional and international social, political, economic, social and cultural development, at the same time, analyze the current situation of Regional Cooperation between China and Central Asia and, Pointing out both domestic and international favorable and unfavorable conditions of that China and Central Asia regional cooperation in Central Asia, China. On this basis, the author devised some possible options of regional cooperation between China and Central Asia.First, to China, Central Asia, the region and the intrenational community,the further progress of regional cooperation between China and central Asia show a significant strategic value.China and Central Asia regional cooperation can construct stable relations between China and Central Asia,while conductive to implementation of Chinese national security strategy and energy strategy, on the other hand,conductive to Central Asia in international community to obtain a valid external support,in the same time, will contribute to integration of the strength between China and Central Asia and enhance region international influence.Second, the regional cooperation between China and Central Asia has been made certaion results, of course,there are a series of problems.The security cooperation between China and Central Asia achineved remarkable results, energy cooperation achieved initial results, economic and trade exchanges deepen, technology exchanges have considerable potential, political exchanges is more frequent. Meanwhile, the security situation between China and Central Asia is still grim,facing multiple competitive energy cooperation,trade and economic exchanges face a series of constraining factors, technological exchanges are still in a subordinate position, political exchanges need to strengthen mutual trust.Third, there are a certain degree of coordination factors in fundamental interests, the energy, the security, the economic structure and other aspects between China and Central Asia, the same time, the regional cooperation between China and Central Asia also face the big country competition, three forces, incomplete economic and political system and other facters.Fourth,basing on analyzing the status of the regional cooperation between China and Central Asia, the author points out three path of progress to continue to strengthen regional cooperation between China and Central Asia, namely:the "ladder situation","5+1","flying geese model" in order to guide the progress of regional cooperation between China and Central Asia.
