On The Administrative Omission Of Fire Control Department And Ways Of Regulation

With the rapid development of the China's economic construction, fire control work is playing a more and more important role in our society and also facing a great deal of new circumstances and problems.In order to satisfy the need of the construction of Rule of Law, in the new circumstances our fire control work should be changed and developed so as to be socialized and standardized and law-ruled. However, there exists a serious conflict between administrative omission of fire control department and the three-ways of fire control work. In this paper, the author conducted a study on the administrative omission of fire control department.The full paper is mainly divided into four parts:the basic theory of the administrative omission of fire control department, the constitution of the administrative omission of fire control department,variety of the administrative omission of fire control department and the regulation of the administrative omission of fire control department. In the four parts of this paper, the author classified the administrative omission of fire control department in accordance with the duties of the fire control department, discussed the nature, reconstructed the constitution of the administrative omission of fire control department and then analyzed the regulation of the administrative omission of fire control department. Actually the main purpose of this thesis was to offer some basic theory of the administrative omission of fire control department, and hope that more people could pay more attention to the research of it, and also try to find some means to crack his hard nut, then to enhance the development of fire control work,finally promote the construction of law-ruling and administration by law.The author makes an attempt at searching solutions through legislation,enforcement and justice, so as to promote the police fire control departments do their duties by law and serve the people wholeheartedly.
