Although relative departments of government have adopted some supporting policies, there is no tridimensional public service platform with comprehensiveness and multi-level, therefore, much resource has been wasted somehow or haven't got prominent effect in promoting founding a business among youth.Combining with my own work reality and standing on promoting actual effect, I start from the new field as founding and developing non-governmental organization and actively search the new pattern and method to promote founding a business among youth. Based on the above description, this article, taking the non-governmental organization Shanghai Pudong New Area Jinqiao Youth Founding Business Service Agency as example, make a preparatory investigation on how to further promote founding a business among youth through non-governmental organization, search out existing problems, find useful working methods and put forward corresponding solutions. Meanwhile, this article will provide effective reference and help for other departments and units when facing the same problems.
