Food safety problem make whole nation attention to, various countries government mostly regards it as the national public safety, and increases the supervision level. Our country implemented the《Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China》on June 1, 2009,which decided that our country would take the practical and effective measure to supervise. Food involves the multi-departments'work, which is a complex systems. From current, this article thought it's necessary to be good at govern finally and enhance the promotion food safety level comprehensive that Government department interior departments should clear off the responsibility and strengthens the cooperation , furthermore, the Government department ,the non-Government department and the civil society should cooperate under the network pattern mutually and interdependent.
