In the 21st century, the Internet is widely popular in the world as a new communication tool, brought the man into the Information Age. It is not only changing people's production and life, at the same time, the network of political science, as a comprehensive discipline of computer science technology, along with the popularity of applications developed. In China, with development of the Internet, it has become the public expression of our citizens and an important channel of communication, as a new type of political participation, the network of political participation by more and more public acceptance and recognition. Network is a virtual and free space in the process of online political participation, political and cultural diversity led to the formation of different political psychology, political psychology in turn directly affect the political behavior, thereby affecting the real social and political life of the people in the past. How to analyze the political psychology of users, how to find its form factor, how the negative state of mind to clear the political participation and guidance, to promote the harmonious and orderly political participation of our network development, construction of democratic politics has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper consists of five parts.
