Trial Discussion On "Manpower Search" And Privacy Protection

With further development of internet technology, especially after the rise and the wide application of manpower search in recent years, manpower search has become an essential part of the whole internet environment. While contributing to convenience, manpower search, which is a new form of search, has also been exposed to some problems, especially the contravention to privacy protection. This paper starts with the signs of infringement of citizen's privacy in events of manpower search and reveals the relation between manpower search and privacy, and rationally analyzes the active function and problems found, and then points out the necessity of restricting manpower search. By reference to related laws of USA, E.U and Korea about privacy protection in internet and combining the practice of privacy protection in China, this paper brings forward some related suggestions. In China,it has not developed a comprehensive of dedicated privacy law in the netweb, which can not be protected by the effective measures.The protection of privacy in the Internet is only limited to a few scattered provisions of domestic law and some simple privacy statements of websites, but these provisions of the privacy protection is not comprehensive and detailed, and can't solve the problem.it's so useless that can not protect the privacy.In hence, first of all, we should try to improve the privacy protection legislation, and as soon as possible establish privacy law. Second, it must be strengthen administrative supervision, and the Government should set up a special department to control, and it also strengthen the moral education. finally, it should also improve the technology of site protection. Just do this,we can be protected by our privacy, so we can enjoy the convenience of our lives in the Internet.
