For example leading cadres may set up correct concept of achievements, adopt scientific and reasonable behavior to get achievements, improve and promote local soft environment, and promote economic development and improving citizen politics quality. The township leading cadre as an important part of leading cadre, their performance with grass-roots regime consolidates and stable has direct relationship, introducing the social evaluation mechanism to township leader's achievements assessment for the construction of socialist harmonious society has a very important significance. But for the policy, laws and research aspects of social evaluation is not perfect, leading cadre achievements in township examination of the implement still do not reach the designated position. Have a lot of problems. Such as performance culture is not science, performance communication obstructed, incentive and restraint is imperfect, system guarantee is not perfect, etc. Based on our country actual situation of township leader's achievements assessment with social assessment participation, expounds the significance of it, and on the basis I analyzing the existing problems and reasons of it, and then suggest that the township leader and social evaluation people should establish reasonable idea, should improve concept of quality and ability to participate in, introducing independent agencies and social opinion institutions to join in, and perfect the security system, emphasize social evaluation results using and so on.
