A Study On The Evaluation System Of The Leading Cadres At The Section Level

The smooth progress of an authority government mostly depends on the construction of leading cadres.Assessment mechanism of leading cadres as a baton play a part in pioneering and innovating the cause of Party and government,played a crucial role in motivating and guiding the whole team.In general,Evaluation Standard will fundamentally determine cadres' political achievements view and the leading trend,and the rend of cadres determines 'direction decide the development of the masses.Therefore,it is great significance to establish a complete set of evaluation system of cadres,which is of great significance for enhancing the ability of administration and promoting the development of the government.Now China is still in the rise of economic development,modern metropolis still surrounded by the economic underdeveloped township,and most of Administrative unit are underdeveloped township,Therefore,how to establish and improve the integrity of township leading cadres assessment system,which impact on the trends of China's overall development in directly.Firstly,we analysis the domestic and foreign leading cadres evaluation system in this paper.The essence was found out from theory and content of evaluation system,then PL was taken as the object of study,Assessment methods and the problem were summarized in the current township section level cadres,and then analyze the possible reasons causes these problems;then we redesign evaluation standards in the light of the problems in PL,and it was used in that year's year-end assessment observed the new assessment system effect;According to practical experience the advantages of the new system and the existing problems were summarized,the new evaluation system for township leading cadres.In the establishment of the evaluation system,we considered the specific circumstances and combined with a variety of analysis methods,a full range of detail design,in-depth analysis for PL city.A new train of thought for the evaluation system of the county-level city of township leading cadres like PL city.
