A Study On Enterprise Credit During Economic And Social Transition

With the establishment of socialist market economic system, china has madegreat achievements in economic development. In the economic and social transition,Chinese economy has developed quickly. In the socialist market economic system,China's legal system and policy system is not perfect.In pursuit of benefits,manyenterprises lose credit in trade. Some people have despair of the credit problems,which against the construction of the harmonious society.Our market economy is stillat the exploratory stage. In the exploration process, we will encounter many newproblems and new contradictions.Honesty is such an urgent need to address problemsin the development of the socialist market economy. Market economy is not only thelegal economy; it is credit economy.China's economic reform can not be separated toimprove the social credit and standardize the market economic order. This will alsohelp establish and improve China's socialist market economic system.We must payattention to credit construction. Credit is a kind of social resources. The moralresources are more important than the material resources.This paper studies the market economy enterprise credit problems.According tothe characteristics of social transition enterprise through the research of enterprisecredit problems. We analyze the lack of credibility problems in current Chineseenterprises in term of the transition of the economy and society. This paper putsforward corresponding countermeasures of enterprise credit management from theenterprise itself, government regulation, legal system and moral self-disciplinerespects. This paper aims to calls for enterprises enhance social responsibility, keepsbusiness reputation, promotes the whole society's awareness of credibility. Thelong-term sustainable development is inseparable from enterprise honesty. In addition,the paper also puts forward several suggestions on improving the socialist marketeconomic system, and sets up a suggestion which is about sound social creditmanagement system. Perfect market economy system and the social creditmanagement system can improve the effectiveness of the market mechanism, andconstruct the harmonious society. It has theoretical guidance and realistic meaning forthe current enterprise and the lack of credibility problems.
