Research On The Innovation And Development Of The Communist Youth League In The Bank Of Communication

This article starts from the history of the Chinese Communist YouthLeague, makes a brief review of the process of ninety years' developmentof the Chinese Communist Youth League, and defines the basic task of theCommunist Youth League at the current stage is to implement the Party'sbasic line in the preliminary stage of socialism, to create the ideal, moral,educated and disciplined successors in the construction of socialism withChinese features, to supply fresh blood to the Party, to train young talentsfor the construction of the nation, to unite and lead young people topromote the construction of socialist material civilization, politicalcivilization and spiritual civilization with self-reliance and hard work, tocontribute wisdom and strength for comprehensively building a moderatelyprosperous society and accelerating socialist modernization.From the above, this article states the study on the development statusof the Communist Youth League of the Bank of Communication. The useof sample surveys and social surveys, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, carried out the research on survival and development status of60,000young employees of the Bank of Communication. From six aspectsincluding the perception of the reform and development of the Bank ofCommunication, ideals, beliefs and values, career satisfaction, culturalneeds, expectations to the Communist Youth League and the league cadres,expectations to the sustainable development of the Bank ofCommunication, the survey comprehensively, truly and thoroughly reflectsthe survival and development and diversified interest demands of the youthpopulation of the Bank of Communication at the current stage, andanalyzes and studies the youth of the Bank of Communication and thecurrent management issues. This article uses historical data collection andsurvey research methods to realize four combinations.First, surface and point combination. Not only makes acomprehensive understanding of the development process and the currentstatus of the Chinese Communist Youth League, but makes acomprehensive, three-dimensional anatomy of the current problems bymeans of taking the Communist Youth League of the Bank ofCommunication as an example. Secondly, qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis are combined. Through qualifying the livingconditions of the youth of the Bank of Communication, readers can reach arational height on the basis of perceptual knowledge. Thirdly, the onlinesurvey, visiting and discussion are combined, which ensure the authenticity, breadth and relevance of the basic materials and research information.Fourthly, theory and practice are combined, which refers to the latesttheory of the development of the Communist Youth League is applied tothe innovation and development practice of the youth league organizationsin the financial enterprises.By following the research ideas of finding problems, analyzingproblems and then solving problems, studying the development and currentcondition of the Chinese Communist Youth League and the opportunitiesand challenges faced by the Communist Youth League, this articlesclarifies the important role of the Communist Youth League of the Bank ofCommunication in the heart condensation, intelligence assembly,innovation and development of financial enterprises. This article illustratesmany academic achievements in the aspect of innovation and developmentof the Communist Youth League and finds out the problems existing in theinnovation and development of the Communist Youth League of the Bankof Communication.With the latest theory of the development of the Communist YouthLeague, this article proposes the train of think on the innovation anddevelopment in the work of the Communist Youth League of the Bank ofCommunication from six aspects including strengthening the systeminnovation of organizations with Communist Youth League features,strengthening the cultural cultivation on the youth, strengthening the guide for the youth and the innovation of service methods, strengthening theinnovation of the Communist Youth League's cadres building,strengthening the job security mechanism of the Communist Youth Leagueand strengthening the promotion platform of the Communist YouthLeague.
