The Study On Democratic Problems Existing In The Party Among Universities And According Solutions

As the institution of higher learning training the high-quality talent, can get more long-term development for the higher education undertaking, should fully realize importance and necessity of inner-party democratic construction, is perfecting university's inner-party democracy of our country constantly, improve ability of administration and management level of the university Party organization of our country in a more cost-effective manner.The inner-party democracy in universities is an important part of the democracy within the Party .Presently, the development of the inner-party democracy in universities has gained lots of precious experiences, however, there still exists some obstacles about conception ,mechanism, and system, ect. Exploring the construction of democracy within the party, and constantly promoting the college party democracy can fully embodies the important meaning and value,of which we today implement scientific concept of development, promote social justice and socialist spiritual civilization, and build a harmonious society.Based on the analysis of the current status of inner-party democracy in universities, and from the general concept of the inner-party democracy and the democracy, this thesis combines with the actual situation of universities to further explore inner-party democracy in universities during the new period, which analyzes existing problems and their reasons from multi-angles and finally,from the protecting the rights of Party members and a dominant position, strengthening the democratic system, and playing a system for monitoring ,looks forward to explore a new path for our inner-party democracy in universities.
