The training project settings with complete, but parts of them are not systematically, and the lack of stable coach team and grounds; The competition system exists but not ideality; The sources of training funds were extremely single and mainly on the government ;The influence factors were the degree of the leadership for disabled sports value, the state and government's investment, relevant policies and regulations establishment, personnel quality and its management level and the development of competitive sports level etc.View of the above questions: we should perfect the management system, and explore the new management mode; make sure the training to be systematic and establish stabled coach team; find more methods to enlarge fund investment, Strengthening the consciousness of disabled sports research; Local government should learned the importance of the training work.
