Marxism On Rural Construction Issue Shallow Ethan

Our country is a large agricultural nation, population in the rural accounts for most of the population in our country. The development and stability of countryside relates directly to the whole society's stability and development. Marx and Engels, Lenin, Stalin, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and other classic Marxist writers make detailed discussion about significance of farmers in the revolution and construction and theory that adapt to the rural development and construction in different development stages. In the new era, it is the key time to construct the socialist new countryside, it is a good reference for the construction of new countryside to study Marxism classical writer on the discussion about agriculture, rural farmers. In view of this, there are important theoretical significance and practical significance, for constructing the new rural better and solving the three agricultural problems, to explore Marxism theory and practice on rural construction and summarize the experience of the success and failure about rural construction. According to this logic structure, this paper mainly expounds the following aspects.The first part of the thesis, it mainly discusses theoretical exploration of Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Stalin about rural construction. It analyzes theoretical knowledge and practice of Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Stalin about the importance of farmers in the revolution and construction, relationships between the working class and peasants, the relationships between land and farmers, land nationalization theory and the theory of agricultural cooperation. Under the theoretical guidance, it summarizes the experience of the success and failure about rural construction in Russian.The second part of the paper, it investigates theory policy and practice of three generations of collective leadership in China about rural construction. First, it discusses theory research of MAO Zedong about farmers and the rural construction, under the guidance, the policy of rural construction that the party and the government formulated and the implementation of the policy in China countryside. It points out that land reform, socialist transformation of agriculture, the way of agriculture cooperative, the way of people's communes are the ways to construct the socialist countryside in the different development stages. Secondly, this paper discusses theory research of Deng Xiaoping about the problems of China's rural construction after reform and opening-up, and the policy and practice on this basis. It points out that we should implement the household contract responsibility system in the countryside, develop town and village enterprises and have the way of the small town construction, vigorously develop rural construction of spiritual civilization. Finally, the author discusses theory research and practice of Jiang Zemin about peasants and rural construction. It points out that Jiang Zemin insists the theoretical policy of Deng Xiaoping about rural construction and deepens it in practice.In the third part, it analyzes the success and failure of rural practice in our country under the guidance of different Marxist theory about rural construction in the different time. It expounds achievement of our country rural construction in the aspects of politics, economy, culture and the error and the insufficiency in practice in the different period. There are some differences between theory and practice. It is guided by the correct theory, and wind age will occur in the practice, which will cause a series of problems. Once the theory guiding rural construction is wrong, it will cause much more losses. The success and failure of China's rural practice is worth for reference on the new rural construction.In the fourth part, it reflects serious consequences caused by the failure of rural construction practice. It points out that countryside construction needs a correct theory to guide; there is important practical significance for the urgent issues to develop and perfect the theory itself. In the practical process of the theory, the key is to stick to people, respect the farmer's choice, and safeguard the interests of people. Improving the quality of theoretical executives and improving the methods used during the execution, can truly make theory into reality.
