To Build A New Socialist Countryside Under The Background Of China's Household Registration System Reform

Construction of new socialist countryside is the Party Central Committee in the new historical stage of development, according to the actual situation in China made a major strategic decision, is to solve the "three rural" issue, urban and rural development, building a moderately prosperous society, the objective requirements of building a harmonious society and the inevitable choice. The major national development strategies, institutional arrangements need a reasonable system, especially the household registration system to guarantee the implementation, but the existing household registration system and its close contact with social security, education, employment and other system constraints, making the face of new socialist rural construction system serious shortage of supply, hampered the progress of this major strategic decisions. This article focuses on the contradictions of the current household registration system and a new socialist countryside construction, the reasons, and find the solution path in order to promote steady implementation of this strategic plan.
