Research On The Influence Factors Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

Rural labor force is the subject of rural human resources development. Since reform and opening rural labor become migrant workers, migrant workers form the new labor force. As China has entered a new stage of economic development, the structure of the migrant workers has a clear change. The new generation of migrant workers has become the subject of migrant workers, and will become the subject of modern industrial workers and an important force for modernization. The group has some of the same with the traditional characteristics of migrant workers, also has some different characteristics from the traditional migrant workers and new problems. These issues have begun to reveal the accumulation of China's political and social stability, sustainable economic development, migrant workers and their families being negative impact on personal development. Therefore, the new generation of migrant workers has become China's rural human resources development major groups. The generation of migrant workers can be transferred effectively and thoroughly, not only related to rural social stability and economic benefits in rural areas, also related to China's modernization process.The main research method is qualitative research and survey of the Combination. This paper is divided into three parts:The first part describes the background of rural labor transfer, concepts and theoretical basis. In this section, this paper defines the rural labor force, the concepts of the new generation of migrant workers, and investment in human capital theory and social identity theory were introduced. The second part of the transfer of the new generation of migrant workers the status and factors were analyzed.
