Informal System Under The Influence Of The Implementation Of Public Policy Research

Government as societal public power's subject achieves its management purpose through the effective implementation of public policy mainly. But in fact,there are many Shortcomings in the implementation activities of public policy. These problems eaused by many factors. In this paper, based on the actual situation occurred in policy implementation process,the theory of informal system is used to analysis the existing (?)biems,and some countermeasures are proposed. These can provide some reference (?)efiectively implementing public policy,and future optimize implementation of (?)s,the final improve public policy implementation efficiency.
