Development of non government organizations without the involvement of volunteers, volunteers is the government organization is very important and also the most characteristics of human resources. In recent years, with the rapid development of volunteer service in China, the number of volunteers grow with each passing day, volunteers in our social activities are playing an increasingly important role, its assistance to government and formal organization management society, service society is becoming more and more important role. The society and the government to volunteer needs more and more high. While the current is an important problem, various NGOs in volunteers but lacks the corresponding management standards and targets for the development of design. So much so that in many cases, many volunteers only with their own sense of social responsibility, or only with the enthusiasm to participate in and engaged in various social activities, to help people in need. Obviously, the volunteers of this state is not conducive to the development of non government organizations, also cannot meet the needs of the community. At present our country of non-governmental organizations, volunteer management research is still in the stage of exploration, therefore, the study of China's current development of non-governmental organization, has the theory value and important practical significance.This article in Nanchang City NGO volunteers as an example, in a wide range of questionnaires and statistical basis, to grasp the NGO volunteer management problems, as well as reasons:such as the lack of volunteers demand forecasting; volunteer training work existence bottleneck; the organization is difficult to meet the volunteer's needs; volunteer security problem did not get attention and other aspects on the basis of the analysis, targeted to improve the non government organization volunteer management some suggestions, including:specification of volunteer recruitment procedures, establish a volunteer information archives; strengthen volunteer training, creating volunteer opportunities; the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism, stable volunteer force;optimization of external environment construction, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of volunteers.
