The Realistic Problems And Corresponding Solutions From Policies Concerning The Supply Of Public Goods In China's Rural Areas

As the foundation of national economy, the development of agricultural economy is very citical to the overall national economy's development. In China, the population of peasant accounts for the national total population is 70%, so the basic status of agricultural economy is mor cannot be ignored. Since the reforming and pening in China, agricultural economy development has made outstanding achievements, but also faces many obstacles. Among them, rural public goods supply shortage is one of the urgent problems. In this paper, the theory of public goods and rural public goods were be used, on the basis of introducting some foreign countries'rural public goods supplying policy, Summarized the shortage of rural public goods supply, such as the lacking of supplies, structural imbalance, the lacking of money and injustice, then analyzing the causes of rural public goods supply, including the obstacles of two different system, the top-down decision-making sysytem and so on. At last, some suggestions of the reforming of rural public goods supply policy has been proposed:building a fair and impartial rural public goods supplying system, promoting financial rural public goods supply and of diversified sources of funding, reforming the decision-making system of rural public goods supply.
