Prosecutors Team Building

Reform and opening up more than 30 years, the rapid development of China's legal construction. Procuratorial reform, judicial reform, political reform is an important part. This article uses the investigation on the method, by using statistical analysis and survey, describe the current situation of procurators, found prosecutors team construction in the sense of the rule of law, force structure, problems in the law enforcement capacity, management mechanisms, and so on. Analysis of the causes of these problems, from a systems perspective to explore the proposed ideas and measures to solve the problem, to make prosecutors more scientific management, team development more sustainable, the need to adapt to China's rule of law. The full text altogether divides four parts:The first part is the introduction of this article. In the background and significance to clarify the basis of the study, mainly introduces the research ideas, sample determination and investigation method of choice. This county-level People's Procuratorate of Hunan Province, as the object of study, according to county economic indicators divided into A, B, C three, and four were collected from all 12 county-level People's Procuratorate, as a concrete object of study. Research methods include a survey of prosecutors, the ranks of prosecutors handling the data structure and statistical analysis of the literature on the analysis of current management mechanism.The second part is the focus of this article. First, based on survey data collected and statistical data, the rule of law awareness, team structure, law enforcement, management mechanism, the prosecutor's demand side, the descriptive analysis, to present the status of prosecutors team. Secondly, through the statistical results of the study, found that prosecutors team building problems. Such as the rule of law awareness training and targeted the lack of systematic, team structure is irrational, the ability of low-level law enforcement operation, management mechanism is not complete, etc.; Finally, the interpretive research, to explore the reasons for problems.The third part of the conclusion.
