The juvenile community correction, which is conducted by the special state apparatus, brings a new hope to rectify young offenders without detainment。 Under the help of related social groups, civilian organizations, social workers and volunteers, it assists numerous remedial figures in returning society successfully。 Counting on the community sources and resorting to the professional methods, it earns commendation from the general populace of the developed nations and districts by getting the greatest social benefits at the smallest correction cost。Since2002Shanghai launched the pioneering project on community correction, this proposal has obtained lots of achievements, but it also has exposed many unsatisfactory places。In this paper, I try to analyze the inadequate places of the juvenile delinquent community correction now in China and the countermeasures。To begin with, I expound the relevant definitions about the juvenile delinquent community correction。 Furthermore, several classic theories are quoted to ram home the scheme for rectification。Moreover, I want to introduce the status quo of the juvenile community correction in several foreign countries。Last but not least, after summing up some insufficient points of the correction system, I try to give assorted keys to the counter questions。...
