There is a lot of specific operation that needs us to fulfill it with great strength. It's urgent to have system construction at the moment. The socialization of the execution of punishment inevitably complies with the development of the economy and society. We should develop the road of the community correction that attaches to our national condition. The author thinks we should make clear the principal part and the duty of the work from the current situation of the community correction. At the same time, we should establish the supervision, ordinate mechanism as well as enrich the content and the means of the correction. What's more, we need to strengthen the funds, guarantee the personnel and encourage the other help from our society to participate in. At last, we should establish the assessment system.
