The market economy is the consumer-center economy and consumers are the important stakeholders to the corporates. However, consumers'rights are always impinged by corporates that over pursuit the benefits of economy, because the consumers lie in the weak position in the society. So it is of great urgency to strengthen the protection of consumers rights and interests in our country. The paper can be divided into four parts. In the first part, we will focus on the corporates'social responsibility and some basic theories of consumers rights and interests protection. And then, we do the analysis of the relationship between corporates' social responsibility and the protection of consumers'rights. At last, we can make a conclusion that corporates should be mainly responsible for consumers on three aspects:the right to safety, the right to know and the right of claim. In the second part, we will do another analysis in some foreign countries how to protect above three rights of consumers in law. And then, we can bring some useful experience in and learn a lot. In the third part, we will do further analysis to know the current status and some problems of the consumers'right to safety, the right to know and the right of claim in China. In the fourth part, based on the social responsibility of corporates, we will put forward some suggestions so as to improve the Law of the People's Republic of China on Product Quality and Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, which will be beneficial to some related laws on the protection of consumers'rights and interests in our country.
