Research On Use Of The Government Process Optimization Of Electronic Administration

At the era of information, the traditional governmental process can't meet the new governmental management service need, government function is changing from control-oriented type to service-oriented government transformation. Because the construction of e-government requests a drive force from government process, optimization of governmental process can integrate the government management service function, save administrative costs, improve governance efficiency and public satisfaction, cause the government management reform, and promote building a service-oriented government. So, it will be of great significance to use e-government in optimizing governmental process in government management reform and building service-oriented government.To explore the feasible strategy of government process, this paper explains the essence and character of e-government, interprets the nature of government process from different angles, generalizes the elements of e-government and analyzes the interactive relationship of them.Meanwhile, from the characteristics and flaws of traditional government process, this paper analyzes problems of the traditional e-government which would not satisfy the requirement of information era and meet the social need. And this paper also discovers that e-government has certain advantages in governmental processing. Optimization is an activity of special content, function and regularity.Finally, this paper explores the way, method and basic procedure of optimizing governmental process by using e-government, expects help the government form smooth processing way, improve instantly the effect of governmental working, enhance governmental function, provide high quality service and construct efficient service-oriented government.
