As the great development of the industrialization and urbanization in recent years, the number of the rural left-behind children has been becoming non-ignorable problem. This problem has also been a sharp social problem, which becomes a new challenge to the system of compulsory educational management and school education. Recognizing it as social topical news, the government, educational competent department, academia and civilian pay high attention to itThere are about 100,000 people go to big cities for work or do business in Xianfeng county Hubei Province, the writer's belongs. The age of most of them is from 20 and 45, which is the main cause of about 12,000 leftover children in village. The writer does the research on 50 samples of leftover children in the middle and primary schools in mountainous area. After analyzing the causes of this problem, the writer puts forward a reasonable measure. It is three in one network of education and management, which includes the schools, the temporary guardians and the township government. It can help to promote the healthy development of children both physically and mentally, and to offer reference for the education and management of the leftover children in Xianfeng county.
