University Student Village Changing Role Of Policy Run

In recent years, little village official has been a gradually appear high frequency of vocabulary with China's basic-level organization selection policy; it is a certain social role under the China's special circumstances. Little village official is a social fact that lead by government, as the identity of institutional interest, be hiring out to the countryside. Its role behavior whether change with the change of policy of formal system arrangement or not, this is the problem that author want to study.This article attempts to use social role theory as its research foundation, introducing the concept of role change, combined with little village official policy implementation of different stages to explore the change of little village official(In this paper, the operation strength of the policy as the boundary, divided little village official policy development after2005into two major stage). The paper use empirical investigation as research method, take2008as dividing line and make in-depth interview respectively on little village official before and after2008, finding officials' change in role play, the role location, the role of identity and the role of expectation respectively, then find out the factors that influence the change of little village official and guide this policy towards the direction that government expect actively.The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, mainly put forward the origin of the problem that role change of little village official, research purpose and significance. Through the literature material collection, the author combed the domestic little village official present situation of the research and the achievement.The second chapter is paper's analysis architecture; mainly identified the basic concept involved in this paper, especially the identification about the concept of role change is a highlight of this paper. The author thinks that role change is a psychological adjustment process which happened to social person under the same social expectation in the role plays, and then performs in different role behavior with the change of external social environment; and role transformation is a concept that scholars often say the change of the role play, it is the transformation of a social individual identity play in different period. The two concepts are different; the establishment of the role change is the whole paper's cornerstone and main line. Then the author expounds the theory support of this paper and the framework of analysis, introducing the related research approach, method and field survey of the research object, etc.Chapter3is the key part in this paper, according to two stages of the little village official policy operation, detailed elaborate the investigated little village official how to perform in the role play, the role location, the role of identity and role expectation respectively in policy start-up stage and comprehensive development stage. By comparison and get the conclusion that little village official's role behavior make psychological adjustment with the policy's operation and the change of social environment which produces the role change. Mainly show that with the improvement of the policy operation, little village official's role play is changing from passive to initiative, the role location from fuzzy to clear, the role identity from negative to positive and the role expectation from instrumental to valuable.Chapter4basically make a deep analysis about little village official's role change, on the one hand, it discusses the factors that influence little village official's role change, mainly write from the social environment mechanism and the individual development mechanism; on the other hand, it discusses the importance of the role change, with the improvement of the policy and its forces, little village official's positive change of the role would help strengthen the socialist new countryside organization construction, promote the modernization of talents demand and realize the human resources of benign configuration.Chapter5is a summary and deficiency, providing a complete summary and putting forward the disadvantages about this paper.
