Materials are the primary teaching resources, it plays a vital role in the teaching. Although it is compiled by the curriculum experts, but can not adapt to each specific teaching situation. That requires teachers for appropriate processing in the practical teaching of the materials, to consistent with the actual situation of the students. Material processing mainly refers to teachers in the implementation process, based on curriculum standards, academic characteristics, students in the actual situation and the actual teaching conditions in the region on the appropriate teaching materials to add, delete, replace, adjust the order, to better meet the specific teaching situations and learning needs of students, teaching content of the final forming process. First, this study by questionnaire survey for rural primary school teachers' material processing, and then use text analysis to lesson plans for 20 mathematics teachers, to explore current problem in materials processing, and then proposed a targeted strategy.This study is divided into eighth parts. The first part is the introduction, the main question is the background of the study, home and abroad study, purpose and significance. The second part is the theoretical basis for research, describe three main theories in this study based on. The third part is define the related concepts. By coming the concept has been elaborated, describe the concept of material and material processing in this study. The fourth part is about research methods. This study used literature review, questionnaire survey and text analysis. The fifth part to the seventh part is the core of this study. The fifth part is analysis of lesson plans of mathematics teachers. The sixth part is about the existence of the problem of teachers' material processing. The seventh part is analysis of the cause of the problem in the teachers'material processing. The eighth part is made to improve the level of the teachers'material processing.
