Research On The Handling Of Bullying Incidents In Primary And Secondary Schools

At present,the research on bullying processing is ascendant,which has the following characteristics: Firstly,most of the study focused on the institutions of higher learning,there is a relative shortage of the research on primary and secondary school bullying processing;Secondly,domestic and foreign research is separately,less of the study focus on the comparative point,therefore,less reference and revelation;Thirdly,there are mainly individual case researches and the onrush of powerful feelings,lack of the theoretical carding and the mechanism research.On the one hand,the research status of primary and middle school campus bullying treatment is inconsistent with the current security situation,on the other hand,it has lagged the requirement of the times development and the latest policy provisions of the state.This research tried to fuse the knowledge of sociology and management together,aim to explore the process of primary and middle school bullying in China,hence could prevent the school bullying.It will be divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,define the concept and scope of the research question,discusses the meaning and value of this study,put forward some innovation points;The second part expounds the present situation of the primary and secondary school bullying processing,describe the school bullying in recent years and divide the main participant,at the same time,sums up their respective existence flaw;The third part is mechanism construction,make a scientific analysis of primary and middle school bullying processing,on the basis of reasonable profit from the overseas experience.The fourth part is the basic measures and suggestions: the responsibility limits,the direction of public opinion,the intervention in law and order.Aimed at extracting mechanism of primary and middle school bullying treatment in our country has the practical and feasible theoretical guidance and reference,enrich the primary and middle school safety management theory in China.
