Investigation And Research On The Volleyball Teaching In Middle School Of Xinxiang

Volleyball,as an important part of physical education,plays an important role in the development of students' comprehensive physical quality.As the starting point of volleyball teaching,middle school is the basis of volleyball teaching implementation and innovation,and is the key guarantee for the development potential of volleyball.At present,with the increase of the country's emphasis on physical education teaching greatly,volleyball as one of the most important part in the teaching of physical education,but also in the continuous development and improvement of the process,but at the same time,there are some factors that hinder the development of middle school volleyball teaching.Xinxiang City,Henan Province as the sports city,currently in high school volleyball teaching aspects are not ideal,if this trend continues,it will seriously affect the Xinxiang area of the volleyball level and sustainable development ability.This paper aims to conduct a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth investigation and analysis of Xinxiang city middle school volleyball teaching,aimed at a comprehensive understanding of Xinxiang city middle school volleyball teaching situation,factors that hinders the middle school volleyball teaching,puts forward the related countermeasures,so as to better promote the smooth development of the cause of Xinxiang City middle school volleyball teaching.This study follows the analysis of the current situation of finding problems--the way to solve the problems,using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analy sis,the status of the teaching of the 16 Xinxiang city middle school volleyball to carry on the analysis,to explore the main problems of Xinxiang city middle school volleyball teaching,put forward some effective measures to further.To speed up the pace of middle school volleyball teaching,to promote the middle school volleyball development,in order to promote volleyball sports development,promote the all-round development of students' quality objective.At present,Xinxiang city middle school volleyball teaching also has some problems in teaching management,leadership attention is not enough;in the facilities,equipment and facilities;the teachers strength is relatively weak;in the aspect of teaching contents,teaching content obsolete,lack of innovation in teaching methods;in the aspect of school organization the school pays attention to the examination oriented education,neglect of sports teaching.The Characteristic school has made some achievements,but there are also some problems:Characteristic school combination of physical education and teaching is not smooth;special funds tense teaching conditions of martial arts martial arts;lag characteristics of the school,not enough to meet the requirements of teaching practice;teachers of martial arts martial arts school needs to be further improved;the development of school-based teaching materials lag;Wushu extracurricular activity development is weak,extracurricular Wushu activities in single,extracurricular Wushu organizations is not perfect.In view of the existing problems,this study proposes to build the leading organization should be clear Xinxiang city middle school volleyball teaching,the change of leadership ideas,has led to high school volleyball teaching;set up special funds,reasonable co-ordination of educational resources,to achieve the venues,facilities and other hardware conditions can meet the daily needs of martial arts teaching;from the aspect of teachers,the quality of personnel,training the way of strong teachers,to improve and expand the volleyball sports teaching faculty;construction of curriculum system construction has the characteristics of differentiated,innovative teaching methods,enrich the teaching content;put forward the"quality education" to "physical education" concept,to promote the middle school volleyball teaching.
